Building Inspections

Beachside Construction have the following mandatory inspection stages:

• Foundation and excavation, before footing is poured
• Slab, before concrete is poured
• Frame, before cladding, masonry or lining is fixed
• Final, completion of all aspects of building work
• Plumbing and drainage inspections
