Where should we meet?

It’s best to meet on the land you’re hoping to build on, whether you’ve purchased or thinking of purchasing, because this gives us an idea of the site contours, the surrounding environment and the soil quality.

Who will I meet at the on-site meeting?

Paul Johannessen (owner and builder) and Tonya Sterling (Draftsperson and Client Liaison) attend every initial site meeting together. This allows you to have direct interaction with the builder, not a salesperson.

What if we don’t know what we want?

No problem, this is where we shine! Beachside Construction have built hundreds of custom homes on the Sunshine Coast, so we have lots of ideas of what would work for you and your family. We’ll ask you a number of questions about the type of home you’re wishing to build – number of bedrooms/bathrooms/garages, how many people will live in the home and their ages, your hobbies and interests (eg. Extra storage for sports/leisure equipment), what’s important to you in a home.

We also encourage you to bring along any sketches or plans you like or any other information important to you.
